• Interview Information
Drivers can make themselves available for interviews during / after the race by making use of our TeamSpeak server


RaceSpotTV commentators will aim to talk to as many drivers as possible within broadcast window, however cannot guarantee all drivers will receive an interview. Priority will be given to Top 5 finishers, so long as they make themselves available for interview.

• Special Instructions
Logo to be provided before first race of the season.

Trading Paints to be used to "grab" skins for each broadcast. Client to inform drivers to update their paint skins as necessary.

Client to provide details of any session passwords to no later than 24 hours before each race.

• Delivery
If the Client fails to take delivery of race broadcasts by not providing the mechanisms to do so (No race session), and/or fails to provide any instructions, documents, licences, consents or authorisations required to enable race broadcasts to be delivered on that date, the Broadcaster shall declare the broadcast void, and no refund will be given unless a rescheduled broadcast is agreed as a measure of good will.

The Broadcaster shall not be liable to the Client or be deemed to be in breach of the Contract by reason of any delay in delivery or in performing, or any failure to perform, any of the Broadcaster's obligations in relation to race broadcasts, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond the Broadcaster's reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the following shall be regarded as causes beyond the Broadcaster's reasonable control:

- act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident;

- war or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition;

- acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority;

- emergency ISP maintenance affecting the broadcaster or agreed commentator(s);

- Simulation maintenance periods or maintenance periods of our external partners software to enable streaming;

The broadcaster will inform the client of any limitations that may affect the quality of a race broadcast before such broadcast takes place. In the event that the client wishes to continue under these circumstances, a broadcast cannot be deemed to be unacceptable for issues that may pertain to these limitations. Such examples include, but are not limited to: Stuttering, crashes of simulator, overlays or broadcast software, blackout of broadcast etc.
